My first Blog

This is a first for me. It's a very windy morning here in South Florida. God help the victims of the hurricane, we were very lucky not to get hit ! I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. What a bad year so far. I wonder what is going to happen to this Country. No jobs, bad economy. My son graduated 1 1/2 years ago, has a bachelor's degree and has not been able to find a job. I haven't been able to make money either. You see, there are people out there who would love to buy a home, but can't get a mortgage. Not to mention the ones that are loosing their homes to foreclosure. In the meantime I try to cook as much as I can. I love to cook. You see my dream was to become a chef, it didn't happen. I think it will be a good day for a soup. I just learned from a new product from Progresso. It's low in sodium, meaning you can adjust the salt to your liking. Just sautee in Olive oil, carrots, celery, onion, garlic. Add noodles of yoour preference. You can also add pieces of leftover chichen. Good and so easy!
